These low carb nuts cookies are so fast and easy to make - perfect for a weekend afternoon baking sesh.

6 ingredients, 5 minutes of preparation, and 15 minutes in the oven. This is what you'll need:

100ml coconut oil 
1/4 cup xylitol 
2 tablespoons vanilla essence 
1/2 cup almond flour 
1/2 cup peanut flour 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a bowl, mix the coconut oil, xylitol and vanilla essence. Carefully add the flour, bit by bit, until the dough is fully blended. Final step: add the chopped walnuts for extra texture. Oven at 180 for 10-15 minutes and you are done!
