I focus on exercise for a healthy body and mind. I tailor strength programs to individuals preferences, love using free weights, gymnastic rings and body weight, focusing on fun, form, functional training and breathing. As a qualified nutritionist I support my trainees with gradual dietary changes, share delicious recipes, podcasts and books with mindset tips to support them every step of the way to get fit for life!

Anything outdoorsy: beach volleyball, beachside strength training, coastal jogs, yoga and daily mobility routine for healthy joints.

How do you stay motivated?
Feeling happy after a workout and seeing my trainees enjoyment and progression, being stronger and more confident. Trying new exercises, continuous learning and self-discovery.
