Active in AVE | Kasia Jamieson

Today we start a series of profile pieces of active women that truly inspire us at AVE.
Building a community of strong, real women is our main goal - so we thought that sharing some of the amazing friends that are side by side with us on this journey would be a great way to say thank you and also an amazing motivation boost to whoever is in need of one.

I focus on exercise for a healthy body and mind. I tailor strength programs to individuals preferences, love using free weights, gymnastic rings and body weight, focusing on fun, form, functional training and breathing. As a qualified nutritionist I support my trainees with gradual dietary changes, share delicious recipes, podcasts and books with mindset tips to support them every step of the way to get fit for life!
