SHIPPING INFO

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri), however this can take up to 5 business days post sale periods. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Items must be returned within 14 business days. After this time, any items on hold for an exchange will be put back into stock.

• Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100
• Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow the progress of your delivery
• Your package should arrive within 3 - 5 business days
• Don’t be alarmed if it takes a little longer, especially if your delivery address is remote or rural, sometimes the postman is super busy, especially around public holidays and the festive season
• If you advise us of an ATR (authority to leave) then you are accepting all responsibility for your parcel once it has been left by the courier
